2 carrots
1 zucchini
2 cloves garlic
1 green pepper
1 1/2 cups mushrooms
1 onion
1 tablespoon cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tablespoons cold water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 tablespoons oil
 
In a large wok stir fry garlic, carrot, onion, green pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms in oil. When done set aside. In same wok mix soy sauce, vinegar, chicken broth, and sugar. When sugar dissolves add cornstarch and bring to a light boil. When sauce thickens add vegetables and serve.
