2 cans tomato sauce 2 cans crushed tomatoes 4 cloves garlic 1/2 pound mushrooms 1 tablespoon basil, fresh 1 tablespoon oregano, fresh 1 tablespoon thyme, fresh 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, fresh, grated 1 large onion, chopped 1 cup parsley, chopped 2 teaspoons olive oil |

Sauté garlic and finely chopped onion in lots of olive oil. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté. Add chopped parsley and herbs. Add sauce and tomatoes. Add ground beef only as an optional ingredient. Use about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Simmer. Salt and Pepper to taste. | ||
