1/2 head chinese cabbage, chopped 4 green onions, washed and sliced 2 carrots, grated 1/4 cup slivered almonds 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts grilled DRESSING 1 tablespoon peanut oil 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon lemon zest (lemon peel) 3 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon Chinese five spice MARINADE FOR CHICKEN 2 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce 1 teaspoon peanut oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice 1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground 1 package chinese noodles, crunchy 1/3 cup hoisin sauce |

Marinate chicken for approximately 15 minutes (longer if desired), then grill. When done, let cool and cut into bite size pieces. Chop all vegetables and place in large bowl. Add almonds, Hoisin sauce and chicken pieces. Add package of chinese noodles or Top Ramen noodles. Then add dressing and toss. | ||
