1 large green pepper, cut in chunks
6 medium kiwi fruit
1 large papaya, peeled, seeded and sliced
11/2 pounds shrimp
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium lime, juiced
1 medium jalapeno chile pepper, seeded
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Image shrimp kabob
 
Combine oil, lime juice, jalapeno, and garlic. Marinate shrimp in this mixture for 10 to 15 minutes. Thread shrimp and fruit onto skewers. Broil until shrimp is pink.
