Season pork chops with 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, salt and pepper; set aside. In medium size bowl, mix mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, milk and remaining Italian seasoning, mix well. In large skillet brown pork chops in 1 tablespoon olive oil until brown on both sides (if skillet is oven safe, drain oil and add soup mixture, place in oven and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees). If skillet is NOT OVEN SAFE, transfer pork chops to oven safe baking dish, add soup mixture and bake as above. | ||
