1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 cup bread crumbs 1 teaspoon light margarine, melted 6 slices lean ham slice 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons chives, snipped 1 package reduced-fat cream cheese 6 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast |

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pound chicken breast to 1/2 inch thickness between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Spread cream cheese on one side of chicken. Top with chives. Roll up to enclose filling. Sprinkle with pepper. Wrap with ham slice. Place rolls seam side down in baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes. Pour off drippings. Mix melted margarine and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over rolls. Top with paprika. | ||
