Grilled Turkey Club Printer Friendly version
 
1/4 cup spicy mustard, brown
8 slices Texas Toast, 2 ounces each
4 ounces cooked turkey breast, thinly sliced
8 slices tomatoes, 1/4” thick
3 ounces American cheese, four -3/4 ounce slices
114 cup bacon bits, real
black pepper
vegetable cooking spray
 
Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard over each bread slice. Layer each of the four slices with one ounce turkey, 2 tomato slices, 1 cheese slice, 1 tablespoon bacon bits, and a dash of pepper. Top with remaining bread slices. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with vegetable cooking spray over medium heat. Place 2 sandwiches in the pan, cook 2 minutes on each side or until toasted. Repeat procedure with remaining sandwiches. Cut each sandwich in half.
