1 dash salt 6 whole tortillas 1/4 pound swiss cheese, low fat, grated 10 ounces tomato sauce, Mexican style 10 ounces water 6 ounces tomato sauce 1/2 pound ground turkey 2 cloves garlic, chopped |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground turkey and drain fat. Heat sauces, water, and garlic with browned turkey. Mix salt and 1/2 cup sauce mixture. Set this aside. Arrange layers of tortilla and mixture:dipping the tortillas first in sauce, then the meat mixture, and cheese. Pour remaining sauce on top of casserole. Top with cheese. Cook in oven at 350 deqrees for 25 minutes. | ||
