Easy Chicken Pot Pie Printer Friendly version
 
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, Fat free
1 cup boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 cup skim milk
1 cup egg substitute
1 cup lowfat biscuit dough, mix
1 large potato, cubed
3 stalks celery, sliced
2 cups boneless skinless turkey breasts, frozen, thawed
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
 
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare all fresh vegetables and put in microwave safe cooking dish, cook in microwave for approximately 5 to 6 minutes, drain and set aside. In a 2 quart oven proof dish, mix soup, vegetables, 1/2 cup milk and chicken. Mix remaining milk, egg and baking mix together. Pour milk mixture over chicken mixture and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
