Cook macaroni in large pasta pot as package directs. Meanwhile chop vegetables. In large nonstick saucepan or skillet, spray with nonstick cooking spray. Brown ground meat with bell pepper, celery and onion over medium high heat. Stir in remaining ingredients and cooked macaroni. Cook until thoroughly heated. | ||
