Tart Shell:
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
Orange Glaze:
3 cups mixed fruit, sliced, may include
bananas, peaches, pears or whole
berries
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 tablespoon orange liqueur

Tart Shell: Beat butter until fluffy. Mix in sugar gradually, beating until light and fluffy. Stir in egg yolk, water, vanilla and orange peel. Mix in flour gradually. Divide and press in to 24 fluted small tart pans. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown, 10 to 15 minutes; cool. Tap pans lightly to remove shells. Prepare Orange Glaze. Arrange about 1/4 cup fruit in each tart. Spoon Orange Glaze over fruit.
Orange Glaze: Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in small saucepan. Stir in orange juice gradually, mixing until smooth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 2 minutes. Stir in orange peel; cover and cool. Stir in orange liqueur.
