Make dough. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Put cheese and 1/4 cup sugar in a food processor. Grate 1/2 tsp. zest from the lemon and squeeze 2 tsp. juice. Add to processor and blend. Oil a 10" x 15" jellyroll pan. Press dough into pan. Spread cheese mixture over dough. Peel and slice pears and arrange over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Bake until crust is golden, 15-20 minutes. | ||
