1 box cake mix, Spice Cake Flavor 15 ounces pumpkin 3 large eggs 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 1 1/3 cups water LOW FAT CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 6 Ounces fat-free cream cheese 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients for cake with a mixer until well blended. Spray a 13X9 casserole pan with no-stick spray. Pour batter into pan and bake for 35-40 minutes. Cool and spread with Low Fat Cream Cheese Frosting. In mixer, blend cream cheese until smooth. Add vanilla and keep blending on low speed as you add the powdered sugar slowly, about 1/2 cup at a time, until of spreading consistency. Increase speed of blender as necessary. | ||
