8 ounces philadelphia Light Cream Cheese
10 ounces Fat-free cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute
1/3 cup apple juice, frozen concentrate, thawed
1 cup apple pie filling
1 6 oz graham cracker crumb pie crusts
1/4 cup fat-free caramel-flavored sundae syrup
 
Using mixer, mix light and fat-free cream cheese together. Add 1/2 cup sugar and continue mixing. Add apple juice and eggbeaters. Mix until well blended. Fold in apple pie filling. Pour into piecrust and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool and top with caramel topping
