1 box brownie mix
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt, any flavor
2 tablespoons water
2 each egg whites
 
Mix ingredients together until moist. Spray an 8" pan with no-stick cooking spray. Bake as directed on box. May take a little longer as these are moist brownies. Be sure to toothpick test. Do not overcook! Any box of brownies will do but I like the ones with special ingredients like chocolate chunks and turtle brownie mix.
