2 tablespoons skim milk 1/2 cup butterscotch topping 1/2 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk 1 package cake mix, devil's food flavor 7 tablespoons light margarine 1 large egg white, lightly beaten 1 teaspoon flour 1/2 cup chocolate chips vegetable cooking spray |

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine skim milk and butterscotch topping in a bowl until mixture is smooth. Set aside. Combine sweetened condensed milk, cake mix, margarine and egg white in a bowl; stir well (batter will be very stiff). Reserve 1/3 of batter for topping. Coat the bottom of a 13 X 9" baking pan with cooking spray and dust with flour. Press 2/3 of batter into prepared pan using floured hands; pat evenly (layer will be thin). Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven; sprinkle with chocolate chips. Drizzle the butterscotch mixture over the top of the chips. Carefully drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over butterscotch mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely in pan on wire rack. | ||
