Frosted Chocolate Brownie Supreme Printer Friendly version
 
1/2 cup light margarine, softened plus:
3 tablespoons light margarine, softened
1 1/3 cups sugar
8 egg whites
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
1/3 cup evaporated skim milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
vegetable cooking spray
CREAMY CHOCOLATE BROWNIE FROSTING
3 Cups sifted powdered sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup skim milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
 
Beat margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add sugar and beat well. Add egg whites, sour cream, milk and vanilla; beat well. Combine four and next 3 ingredients; stir well. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture, mixing well. Pour batter into a 13"X9"X2" pan coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Spread with: CREAMY CHOCOLATE BROWNIE FROSTING -combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until frosting is of spreading consistency.
