2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup canola oil
1 cup fat-free yogurt, vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 large eggs
1/2 cup egg beaters 99% egg substitute
1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
