Banana Bar Squares Printer Friendly version
 
2 bananas, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 cups low fat granola
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups marshmallows
2 tablespoons butter
 
Combine banana and granola in large bowl and set aside. Combine all remaining ingredients in saucepan over medium heat. Stir mixture constantly until melted; approximately 1 to 2 minutes. Pour peanut butter mixture over granola and mix well. Press into a greased 9"X13" pan. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.
