6 medium Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced 2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 cup apple juice 2/3 cup flour 1/2 cup oats, uncooked 1/4 cup margarine, softened 2/3 cup brown sugar |

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly spray a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Arrange peeled and sliced apples in prepared dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, apple juice and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and oatmeal. Cut in margarine with a fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Spread over fruit. Bake 40 minutes or until apples are tender. | ||
