Banana Bread  
 
3 medium bananas, mashed
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1 medium egg
1 tablespoon milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
 
Beat together first 5 ingredients together. Sift dry ingredients together and add to liquid ingredients and stir only until flour mixture is incorporated. Bake in 9X9 greased square pan at 325-350 degrees for 30 minutes.
